1. Returns
1a. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
1a. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Returned in their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
2a. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, personalization, or other product-specific reasons. These exceptions will be noted on the product page when applicable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
3a. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it as quickly as possible.
4. Refunds
4a. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
4b. Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
